Nev Bray

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Having commenced his carpentry apprenticeship in 1972, Nev began working on small domestic projects on completing his training. Through the 70’s and 80’s Nev worked with many of Melbourne’s leading architects on high end homes and large transformations as well as commercial and public buildings. During this time Nev started several companies with different associates and focus’s before creating Bray Constructions in January 1994.

Nev's paramount goal has been to create beautiful homes that thrill clients along with establishing a family owned company to continue providing opportunity for the Bray family into the future.

Lukas Bray

GENERAL MANAGER

With a father and older brother registered builders and a younger brother an Architectural draughtsman, it seems building is in our blood.

Completing my carpentry apprenticeship in the “90’s” and moving through all aspects of building and management, my training and development has been widespread and entirely here at Bray Constructions.

Working closely with clients in designing and creating beautiful, well resolved homes and leading an experienced team of enthusiastic professionals who deliver fabulous projects to thrilled clients is truly an incredibly exciting self expression for me.

Away from work I am a husband to the most amazing woman and father too two equally amazing children.

I enjoy a beer and the footy, working around my house and being with my family.

I am a passionate team player committed to producing outstanding results in all areas of my life.

Donna Monaghan

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Before Donna commenced working for Bray Constructions as their Bookkeeper and then Office Manager she worked for over a decade as a Sales & Marketing Manager both at a State and International level.

Donna is passionate about people, team building, business development, financial management and client collaboration which created the perfect opportunity to join the Bray Team full time as their Operations Manager.

When she is not with clients or in the office you will find Donna aspiring to be a MasterChef in my own kitchen, walking the dog at the local park or “chilling” with her teens.

Tarquin Blackmore

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Born into a construction family Tarquin has extensive experience across all aspects of building with over 30 years’ experience along with a carpentry background. His passion for the industry is evident through ongoing collaboration with clients and trades with the goal to always exceed our clients expectations.

Outside of work Tarquin is father to 2 energetic boys and loves being involved in their sports and family holidays.
